My client is an international insurance company, they are highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our Customer Platform Team.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and developing complex technical solutions to optimize operational performance, improve quality, and increase cost effectiveness for our business. 
This role requires strong expertise in frontend technologies such as React JS, React Native, Angular, and TypeScript, as well as backend technologies such as NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Azure Cloud.
In this role, you will work with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, and will use this knowledge to design and implement solutions that meet these needs. 
You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to team members, providing effective management to ensure the delivery of projects on time and in budget, and maintaining relationships with the business at a product or service level.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
• Design and develop complex technical solutions to optimize operational performance, improve quality, and increase cost effectiveness
• Assign tasks to team members and provide effective management to ensure the delivery of projects on time and in budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts
• Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies and industry trends
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Monitor progress and review progress reports of team members
• Maintain and ensure due observance of internal control standards and compliance requirements  

Requirements:

• Education & Experience University graduate with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
• Experienced in bootstraping and leading greenfield projects.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as React JS, React Native, Angular, and TypeScript
• Strong expertise in backend technologies such as NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot
• Experience with webpack and CSS
• Experience with data modelling and data management 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with micro-frontend and micro-servicesarchitectures
• Familiarity with Internal control standards and compliance requirements
• Azure Cloud Architect Certification
• Other skill: Dynatrace, Adobe Tagging, Adobe Experience Management, Azure ADB2C, ForgeRock, Okta
