Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with different parties like BA, vendor to identify business needs/problems and determine functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Formulate technology solutions to address the requirements
  • Prepare the documentation for the functional and technical design of the technology solution
  • Be the project leader and team leader of developers (from onshore, offshore or a combination of both) to develop, test and implement technology solutions according to the established processes
  • Be the guardian of system quality and ensure the responsible systems ongoing compliance to the quality standards
  • Provide production support for the designated areas
  • Be the advocate for continuous improvement, suggest and lead the changes to the established processes for better efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supports all entities of DSFG including merged and acquired companies
 Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • Over 5 years relevant IT working experience preferable in banking industry
  • Experience and proficient in designing and developing e-Banking and Mobile Banking related applications using appropriate technologies, tools and frameworks, such as Angular, Spring Framework, Restful API standards and SQL
  • Familiarity with the DevSecOps framework with prior experience in Jenkins, SonarCube, Nexus, GitLab and Checkmarx are preferrd
  • Experience in functional and technical specifications documentation, systems design, conduct system test, support user acceptance test
  • Advance knowledge in software development life cycle protocols
  • Independent and able to deliver quality results under tight schedule
  • Good team player, strong communication skills
  • Good command in Chinese and English, both in written and spoken
