Job Summary / Scope

You will be responsible for defining detailed end-to-end IT system solutions to enable the successful delivery of projects, leading all aspects of project initiation and collating IT estimates and costs. The position will provide a high level of technical support (development, testing, integration and implementation) of interfaces which deliver IT tools and support business functions across the company. Perform project management, requirements definitions, systems design, analysis, code development, problem resolution and vendor coordination. Hands-on experience in ERP systems and implementing new systems into a business are required. Technical support experience to maintain any of the mentioned software in a manufacturing or trading company. IT infrastructure support for all IT equipment’s. Lines of Communication Report to Managing Director and Creative Director

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and use standard templates to accurately and concisely write specifications
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements for developersr
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and external vendors
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements or issues – verbally or through written documentation – to management and the team
• Work on incoming problems from the team to resolve software issues within company systems
• Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization
• Participate in the design, development, and delivery of software applications training programs and individual classes
• Liaise with vendors who provide managed services to ensure all service are being performed and that service levels are consistently being achieved. Deal with issues as needed
• Conduct research into software and services
• Provide support for the testing of new and existing software applications under development or consideration for purchase
• Provide the IT devices support for all staff and contact the helpdesk support vendor to resolve the issues.
• Handle and monitor the IT equipment purchase and maintenance with vendors.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience)
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrate ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Highly responsive to internal team and external vendors
• Detail-orientated and strong project management skills
• Have own initiative and is self-driven
• Basic hardware knowledge and computer support skills
• Good comment of English and Cantonese Working Conditions
