Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to gain a deep understanding of requirements and the testing plan.
• Create test cases and conduct reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute test cases and identify any defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.
• Communicate test results to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other testing resources to ensure effective test execution.
• Perform testing and provide support for post-production checks, which may involve occasional overnight work (e.g., once a month from 10pm to 2am).

Job Requirements: 
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in iPad/mobile app testing.
• Background in insurance, particularly in New Business (NB) or Point of Sale (POS) for agency or bancassurance channels.
• Proficient in creating, executing, and reporting test cases.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable test cases.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, occasionally requiring overtime work.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English.
