About the client:
Our client is a fast growing Payment platform in Aais. They are curruently expanding and looking for an expereince HR Gerneralist/ HRBP for their HK office. Thsi is a new headcount and will support for the company expansion plan.
Role and responisblities:
- Working closely with China team to assist for the Human Resources expansion plan and strategies
- Handling all round HR duties, provide advice and support on employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, employee benefits, and policy development.
- COordinate with stakeholder and vendor for all HR needs.
- Develop and implement the company's HR strategy to support business growth and employee development.
- Manage employee relations, coordinate resolution of employee issues, and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and best practices.
- Manage employee performance management plans to ensure appropriate evaluation and rewards for employee performance.
- Support company culture and values, and promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Maintain Employee record and database
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR management or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a good understanding of HR management theory and best practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player who can establish good working relationships with employees from different backgrounds and levels.
- Proficient in HKSAR Labour law and ordinary.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must) skills.
