Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our payment company based in Hong Kong. As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be the sole HR representative responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  2. Ensure compliance with all employee-related statutory requirements, such as employment contracts, work permits, and visas.
  3. Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, leaves, and attendance.
  4. Coordinate and conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  5. Oversee payroll administration, including salary calculations, tax filings, and benefits administration, in collaboration with external service providers or software systems.
  6. Stay updated with changes in labor laws, regulations, and employment practices, and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes to HR policies and practices.
  7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing health and safety policies and practices in line with regulatory requirements.
  8. Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and employee communications.
  9. Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and necessary documentation.
  10. Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, propose solutions, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications:

  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
  5. Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  9. Mandarin is a must to have.
