IT Manager with ref. BH-2282-3

My client, a fast growing start up is looking to hire an IT Manager to join its skilled and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support for hardware, software, and network equipment.
Oversee all technical tasks, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Design cloud-based solutions and develop cloud architecture while engaging in technical planning, architecture development, and specification preparation for projects.
Develop project delivery strategies and solutions aligned with the company's strategic directions and development needs.
Collaborate effectively with project and product teams to successfully launch new products, services, and applications.
Contribute to the continual enhancement of support procedures, capacity planning, and incident management.

Requirements:

Possess a strong Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, including significant supervisory experience in data center operations, project and incident management, and public cloud management.
Hold professional certificates from AWS or Azure, which is considered advantageous.
Demonstrate excellent understanding and knowledge in programming languages related to artificial intelligence or machine learning, web frameworks, networking infrastructure, and database architecture (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Python, Django, and GraphQL, etc.).
Be familiar with at least one of the following techniques or services:
- AWS: S3/Redshift, Elastic Container, SNS, SageMaker, GraphQL, API gateway.
- Azure: Compute, Storage, SaaS and PaaS services (Web Apps, Cognitive Services, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
- Service development: RESTful services, Microservices, ASP.Net Core, API Management.
Possess proficient knowledge in operating systems, including Linux, Mac, and Windows.
Exhibit outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
