Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as a team member within the Information Technology Department.
• Take the lead in the initial stages of IT projects, including conducting technical feasibility studies and detailed evaluations, and assisting business users with project justification and prioritization.
• Plan IT projects, considering objectives, scope, schedule, cost, resources, security, quality, and communication.
• Prepare and review project documentation and other deliverables.
• Monitor and control the execution of IT projects, addressing any constraints related to scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, security, and risk.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and resolve technical issues in projects, considering project progress, quality, and risk.
• Ensure system implementation adheres to system development standards, architecture directives, and security controls.

Requirements:

• Preferably hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in system implementation or IT project management, with emphasis on the following:
- Strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, maturity, independence, excellent decision-making skills, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure and tight schedules.
- Possession of a project management qualification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is advantageous.
- Experience in managing projects related to agile development, FinTech, or mobile technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
