Job description

Our client is one of a market dominant in banking industry.
As we're growing to become the biggest scale, we are looking for IT Support Manager to implement high quality development to meet the scaling needs.
The successful candidate will be working on real life projects which are part of the product and technology platform roadmap.

Responsibilities:  
  • Work with Deskside Management Services (DMS) team to resolve VIP user’s issues relate to technology like:
    • MS Windows workstation, MS Office, MS Teams, anti-virus, EDR/XDR, MDM, Mobile Apps, Virtual Patching, Encryption, OS patch/update, printing, Webex/MS Teams.
  • Perform technology regular tasks such as generate reports, technical setup, review, sizing/optimization, update/upgrade, performance reporting, permission review of various end user systems
  • Documentation preparation such as baseline document, operation guideline, standard form.
  • Communicate with vendors for product updates, life cycle management, pricing, ordering, delivery and charging back to user departments.
  • Assist manager to evaluate technologies such as new hardware/services, MS O365/M365, Sharepoint
  • Work with other deskside and endpoint team members on Anti-Virus, DLP, APT, encryption, virtual patching tasks.
  Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience on VIP support on endpoint technologies in an environment with around 30 users.
  • Very strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • A good team player
  • Very fluent in spoken Cantonese/English and written English.
  • Good understanding of endpoint technologies such as MS Windows workstation, MS Office, O365/M365, MDM.
  • Expected to work off hours on demand
  • Preferred:
    • Previous working experience in local banks
    • ITIL certification
    • Cyber Security training with CISSP/CISA certification
