We are in search of a dedicated and analytical Data Analytics Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Data Analytics Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the collection, organization, and analysis of data to identify key business trends and opportunities. Collaborating closely with the Data Team and Business Team, you will drive the development of data visualisations and offer invaluable insights to stakeholders.

Role Overview

• Lead the collection, cleansing, and preprocessing of extensive datasets from diverse sources, including transactional, advertising, and operational data.
• Identify and scrutinize trends, patterns, and correlations within data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports, effectively communicating essential business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven insights into business strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses, addressing specific stakeholder inquiries and delivering insights as required.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with prior managerial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex findings.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Strong focus on accuracy and commitment to delivering precise results.
• Experience with data management tools like SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is advantageous.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus, demonstrating professional expertise and dedication to growth.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are necessary to be successful in this role
