Job description

Our client is one of a market dominant in Commercial industry.
As we're growing to become the biggest scale, we are looking for IT Support Manager to implement high quality support to meet the scaling needs.
The successful candidate will be working on real life projects which are part of the product and technology platform roadmap.

Responsibilities: 
  • Act as a team head of internal and/or external helpdesk to provide guidance to other colleagues to handle daily helpdesk calls, service requests and enquiries arisen from both internal users and bank customers.
  • Manage all scale of IT projects with client-side’s aspect, and provide recommendations.
  • Monitor both vendor’s and team’s performance on service delivery to meet company standard and service levels.
  • Administrate IT Services day-to-day man-power resources allocation for IT Projects, helpdesk calls, service requests, and routine patching exercises.
  • Act as a representative on behalf of ITD to prepare annual BCP on both IT requirement changes and recommendations.
  • Act as a representative on behalf of ITD to participate offices and branches setup on providing IT requirements.
  • Involve in project team for projects that require IT service and support. Schedule and arrange IT Service tasks to accomplish the projects.    
  • Keep track of up-to-dated information technology trend and look for applicable IT solutions for ongoing improvement.
  • Prepare monthly report of IT Services to Head of Infrastructure Services if required.
  • Assist ITD to prepare annual budget and capital expenditure of IT Services. 
  • Assumes Senior Manager, IT services’ role in his/her absence
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years experiences in IT Support which 2 years in managerial level.
  • Good in user management, desk-side computer hardware setup, software installation & troubleshooting (including WinOS, MS Office/Outlook, GPO, SCCM, MDE, SEP, NAC, Avaya One-X, DHCP, Wi-Fi configuration, etc.)
  • Experience in managing IT project, BCP arrangement, etc.
  • Good knowledge on IT trend, market and security standards.
  • Strong communication skill both in Chinese and English.
  • Good people skills to work with people at different job levels.
