Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to determine the priority of business needs and requirements.
• Take ownership of understanding business needs and requirements and propose technical solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure that the implementation and design align with the business requirements.
• Develop a roadmap for system changes based on predefined business initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
• Create user stories and documentation for business requirements.
• Consult and develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and plans and lead the execution of UAT to ensure the deliverables meet the business needs and quality standards.
• Plan and provide operational support for rollout, including user training, user manuals, and post-implementation assistance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the system, providing first-line support to internal and external users.
• Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Information Systems or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking industry.
• Experience in supporting end-to-end system change delivery and providing front-line support for systems.
• Ability to independently lead business analysis activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to work closely with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Self-motivated and quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prefer to have experience in digital platforms and Agile methodology.
