Responsibilities:

- Perform tasks related to monitoring and overseeing data center facilities, utilization of computer resources, performance of computer servers, computer operations, batch processing, and data backup.
- Adhere to operation management procedures, with a focus on incident management, problem management, change management, and meeting SLAs for the operational production systems.
- Provide on-site service 24/7 at both the production and backup sites.
- Manage the inventory of fixed assets in the data center and conduct stocktaking.
- Disseminate output/reports to users.


Requirements:

- Hold a diploma or higher diploma in IT/ Computing Studies or a related field.
- Possess knowledge of Unix/Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to work on shifts.
