Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business operations and technology teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure the successful implementation of software solutions within the banking domain.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across different business units within the bank.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of software solutions, closely monitoring adherence to business requirements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness and impact of implemented solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in banking and finance, applying this knowledge to inform business analysis activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
