Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis to check the data compatibility with the new business requirements
- Translate business requirements into data processing demands and data logics for implementation
- Analyze requirements to define project and technical design related documentation
- Work with the technical leadership and regulators to ensure the technical design is aligned with the regulatory and technology objectives
- Ensure the data technology projects are aligning with the regulatory requirement, corporate strategy results, business transformation goals, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, etc.
- Identifies and manages relationships through effective communication with all stakeholders including third parties and acts as the primary point-of-contact
- Establish clear accountabilities and authority for different team members and build a strong culture across the program team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analyst or data development
- Knowledge in data tools SQL, Python, Tableau, database
- Familiar with data product and data development lifecycle
- Solid experience in finance or insurance service industry is preferable
- Positive working attitude
- Good at communication and documentation
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
