Job description

Global Leading SMS and Voice solution provider is expanding into Asia markets. Hong Kong would be a strategic location for them. They will put together a strong commercial team in HK, looking after local markets as well as SEA markets.

HK is a new team and their organization chart in HK is going to be very flat and culture will be young & innovative. Their solution cover almost all major industries so far, FS, Retail, Technology are their strengths if look into their current global client pool. Responsibilities:
  1. Based on company strategy, develop and build partnerships with domestic and international telecom operators or channels (especially overseas), responsible for maintaining relationships and expanding business resources with telecom operators and channel partners.
  2. Coordinate resources from various product lines and collaborate with telecom operators or channel partners, responsible for business negotiations and implementation.
  3. Stay updated on resource-related policies, expand relationships, and innovate business models.
  4. Independently conduct business negotiations, maintain business partnerships, take responsibility for the entire process and outcomes of business cooperation, plan cooperation projects, and ensure successful implementation.
  5. Understand customer needs in the industry, actively acquire customer resources, explore business opportunities, and execute implementation.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications Management, Computer Science, or related fields of Economics and Management.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of business cooperation experience in the same industry, familiar with the internal structure of telecom operators and channel partners, preference given to candidates with relevant resource and channel expansion experience.
  3. Familiar with internet and mobile communication industry knowledge, basic understanding of SMS, video messaging, and other services, strong innovation ability, ability to expand new channels, and relevant networking resources.
  4. Ability to independently drive business projects and sensitivity to telecom operator business, able to proactively identify policy trends and provide effective inputs to the company.
  5. Strong skills in copywriting and negotiation, able to maximize policy resources in line with company interests.
  6. Excellent communication skills, clear and logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, ability to handle pressure, and excellent coordination and resource management skills. 
  7. Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
