Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction and Management:
• Retrieve data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Analysis and Reporting:
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Create visualizations and reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Predictive Modeling and Risk Assessment:
• Build predictive models to forecast business opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Collaborate with the risk management team to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Collaboration and Strategy Development:
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Assist with decision-making by delivering insights and recommendations backed by thorough analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
