Job description

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, user behaviours, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website and landing page content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic rankings and drive high-quality traffic.
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to create custom reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze social media campaigns and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in digital marketing campaigns based on data insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and provide recommendations for new and emerging channels, technologies, and strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience and fresh graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing will also be considered.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
