Digital Product Owner 

About the company: 

Our client is a multinational bank with operations in customer, corporate banking and treasury services. Currently, they are looking for highly enthusiastic individuals that have enough working experiences on running digital product development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively participate, drive, industrialise Digital Agent Engagement strategies applicable in maximizing agent journey and experience
• Work with Agency digital portfolio and programme manager on the features prioritisation, ensuring features built are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Define digital product metrics and KPI, track and capture value and ensure continuous feedback for continuous product improvement
• Maintain stability of core agency digital platforms, comms platform through effective communication
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure successful implementation of digital projects
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new digital product opportunities
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality digital products and services

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in running digital product development projects, including Agile and Scrum
• Strong agility mindset, able to manage different stakeholders and prioritise features by business value
• Knowledge of digital product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
