Job description

Our client is one of a market dominant in banking industry.
As we're growing to become the biggest scale,
we are looking for Performance Testing to support the QA team to implement high quality performance tests to meet the scaling needs.
The successful candidate will be working on real life projects which are part of the product and technology platform roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Define UAT plan, test cases and prepare testing data
Responsible for managing end-to-end UAT execution and clarify with business user on test requirements and scoping
Triage issues during testing execution and engage business users for UAT sign-off
Document testing result and generate testing progress report for management
Train and develop resources to improve team competency
Provide advice and guidance to colleagues throughout testing and QA processes
Review and analyze software requirements for completeness, lack of ambiguity and testability
Continuously improve software test with new software technologies and methodologies

Requirements:

Degree holder in Industrial / System Engineering / Management / IT or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in banking industry or consulting firms, relevant practical experience in eBanking / Mobile Banking projects is preferable
Good knowledge in banking products and services
Strong project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as UAT Tester
