Job description

Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations
Inspire is working with a Bank with booming retail and corporate business in Hong Kong on a strategic hire of a Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations. Reporting to the Head of IT, this role will lead the Infrastructure team to manage and support the IT Infrastructure portfolio which includes data centre, network, servers and deskside support.

Role Overview
  • Manage and responsible for infrastructure team include data centre, system, network and PC support
  • Keep abreast technology development and proactively make improvement and recommendation where necessary
  • Maintain quality of services thought standard operation procedure, metrics and service level, including timely support response, incident handling, capacity, perform, up-time, disaster recovery, and project support
  • Manage IT operation to follow ITIL standard and technology risk management practices to maintain a proper control and streamline operation
  • Management help desk, account management and service management to· ensure effective process, control and fulfilment on account handling, incident and problem management process
  • Assist Head of IT to manage IT fixed assets
  • Address to requests and comments from both internal and external audits, examination and reviews and ensure timely implementation of any agreed actions 
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or business-related disciplines
  • At least 12 years working experience in IT operation, preferable previously work in major banks.
  • Able to create a positive and professional business service with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills.
  • Familiar with ITIL service/operation management and technology risk management.
  • Manage vendors and internal staffs to deliver service effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines and make timely decisions.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
