Head of Marketing Department (Chief Marketing Officer – CMO)
Inspire is working with a leading (Top 10) Centralised Cryptocurrency Exchange platform that offers secure and reliable trading services to users globally. Their mission is to provide a seamless experience for users to trade in various cryptocurrencies with the utmost confidence and efficiency. They are expanding rapidly, upskilling their core team and are looking for a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead their marketing team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven, innovative, and strategic Chief Marketing Officer to oversee our marketing department and create a comprehensive marketing program to drive customer growth and engagement. The CMO will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing all aspects of the company's marketing efforts, go to market strategy, including brand positioning, ASO/SEO, audience segmentation, partnerships and marketing campaigns.
This role will be based in Hong Kong with the core team. Strong English and Mandarin language skills are crucial for this role.

Role Overview:
  • Build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy that aims to inform, educate, and engage our target audience
  • Build and manage international brand awareness campaigns and partnerships
  • Manage and evaluate all marketing programs and campaigns, including advertising, digital campaigns, public relations, events, and direct marketing
  • Develop and define customer acquisition strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all customer touchpoints
  • Track, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Set goals, prioritize resources, and allocate budget to meet business objectives
Ideal Profile
  • At least 10 years of experience as a senior marketing leader, with a proven track record of successfully launching and executing global marketing campaigns
  • Experience in the tech industry, (experience with cryptocurrency exchanges is highly beneficial)
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience leading and managing a team of marketers
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour, user segmentation, and customer journey mapping
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields, MBA preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are necessary for this role.
