Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze security events and incidents in order to promptly detect and respond to potential threats.
Assist in conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and weaknesses in our systems and infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure network architecture, systems, and applications.
Take part in incident response activities and provide assistance in the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
Enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Keep abreast of the latest security technologies, trends, and threats to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in information security.
Have experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
Possess knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
Possess knowledge of industry regulations and frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO27001, or PCI DSS.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good to have relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
