- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents in order to promptly detect and respond to potential threats.
- Assist in conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and weaknesses in our systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure network architecture, systems, and applications.
- Take part in incident response activities and provide assistance in the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
- Enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Keep abreast of the latest security technologies, trends, and threats to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in information security.
- Have experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
- Possess knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
- Possess knowledge of industry regulations and frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO27001, or PCI DSS.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good to have relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
