Job description
We have a current opportunity for an IT Service Management Lead (12 months secondment to perm). The position will be based in Hong Kong. For further information about this position please apply.
Role Overview
- Develop and implement service management strategies to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead a team of service management professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor service performance metrics and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for service improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service providers meet HSBC's standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in service management.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience in service management roles (ideally delivering across multiple markets)
- Experience with regional or global initiatives and working with a global team
- Experience with service management across Financial Services industry
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a financial services environment (preferred).
- Certification in ITIL or relevant areas (desired).
