Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Lead, leading the Technical Services Management team.
Carry out routine checklists and BAU tasks
Manage and administer middleware and technical support
Provide support on failover activities and performance tuning
Application deployment, troubleshooting and handling incidents
Support and maintain High-Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
Handle system incidents and provide technical advisory and follow-up with the incident resolution
Ensure systems comply with group infrastructure and security policies and standards
Weekend/production support work will be required according to project release, vulnerability patching and production support roster in 24 x 7

Requirements

Knowledge in IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat, Portal, IHS, MQ, NodeJS, Hazelcast
3+ years’ administrating middleware experience, preferably from banking/ financial industry
Hands on experience on installing/ upgrading/ patching the middleware products
Expert in middleware configuration and support
Python/shell scripting knowledge
Understanding of Linux Operating Systems
Hands-on experience on AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali cloud technology is a plus
Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
