Product Quality Engineer

Inspire is partnering with a global consulting firm on a long-term project for a leading AI chip manufacturer.

Role Overview

• As a Product Quality Engineer (PQE), you will automate failure analysis throughout the product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL).
• Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations for Embedded SoC devices.
• Additionally, you will support root cause identification and drive the implementation of corrective actions.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of customer quality experience in electronic products.
• Experience in quality operations related to RMA.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with QA analysis tools.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
