QA (RMA) Engineer - Quality Assurance Return Material Authorisation Engineer

Inspire is working with a global consulting company engaged on a long term project with a world leading AI Chip manufacturer.

Role Overview

• Manage customer complaints regarding the RMA process, ensuring timely responses and effective communication between customers and internal engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Support project implementation, including additional process enhancements and RMA system upgrades in collaboration with IT, while facilitating regular progress reviews.
• Conduct daily RMA QA analysis by collecting and reviewing customer data to meet RMA approval turnaround times.
• Lead improvement projects related to RMA processes to enhance overall customer experience.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for internal teams.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product quality, test engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
