Responsibilities:

- Designing and developing application programs to meet business needs and provide technical support for Credit Card application software and related products.
- Participating in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including system analysis and design, implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and application rollout.
- Creating comprehensive system documentation throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensuring compliance with the Bank's standards and guidelines during development work.
- Monitoring and controlling software development progress, adhering to schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Actively participating in program development as needed.
- Providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of applications 24/7, including support for the Disaster Recovery Site, within the Bank.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing application programs.
- Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various phases.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to create detailed system documentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for software development.
- Ability to effectively monitor and control software development projects.
- Experience in providing technical support and ensuring the continuous operation of applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
