Responsibilities


• Execute and deploy network projects in accordance with the Bank's standards and requirements.
• Carry out change requests for all network technologies based on new design standards and business requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults, as well as conduct recovery and root cause analysis.
• Review and implement complex changes and device upgrades in critical environments.
• Keep all project stakeholders informed about the status and progress of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Scienece, Information System or related discipline. 
• Hands-on experience in implementing network architecture and components, including switches, routers, wireless devices, firewalls, VPNs, and security gateways.
• Possess in-depth implementation knowledge of protocols such as OSPF, BGP, IPSec, GRE, and STP.
• Hold a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, BIND, WAN accelerators, and server load balancing is preferred.
• Good to have experience in monitoring, tuning, and scripting languages.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a support role within the banking industry.
• Show a proven ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
