Our client is a Hong Kong-based banking & financial company. The bank is now hiring a key leadership role on their Digital Banking Team in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different teams in the bank to identify business needs/problems and determine functional and non-functional requirements. Formulate technology solutions to address the requirements
• Prepare the documentation for the functional and technical design of the technology solution
• Be the project leader and lead a team of developers (from onshore/ offshore) to develop, test and implement technology solutions according to the established processes
• Work closely with internal/ external stakeholders of the project team to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of the technology solutions
• Be the guardian of system quality and ensure the responsible systems’ ongoing compliance to the quality standards

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 5+ years relevant experience in Software Development, preferably in banking industry
• Experience and proficient in designing and developing Digital Banking/ e-Banking and Mobile Banking related applications using appropriate technologies, tools and frameworks, such as Java, Spring Framework, Restful API standards and SQL
• Experience in functional and technical specifications documentation, systems design, conduct system test, support user acceptance test
• Advance knowledge in software development life cycle protocols
• Good team player, strong communication skills
• Good command in Chinese and English, both in written and spoken
