Responsibilities

• To manage team members and maintain task schedule on maintenance renewal, Risk & Compliance items
• To oversee and provide domain services (middleware, microservice, monitoring, remote access) to IT & business users by ensuring system performance and developing recommendations for corrections or improvements
• To assist in budget panning and monitoring
• To streamline operation procedures with reference to the policies, standards & guidelines

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent
• Preferable over 8 years experience in IT sector cover the following:
  • At least 3 years experience in a team lead/management role, preferable with banking experience
• In-depth knowledge and working experience of IT infrastructure services is required
  • IBM ICP, IBM WAS, JBoss Web Server and Oracle WebLogic
  • System Monitoring Tools (e.g., IBM Tivoli) and remote access  
• Cloud knowledge (e.g., AWS) is an advantage
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills and risk awareness
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
