My client is a global investment bank which is looking to revamp their CRM systems for their Front Office Sales.

Position Description We are looking for a self-motivated UX/UI designer to join our Front Office Sales Technology team in Hong Kong.

The candidate will work on a high profile multi-year programme to integrate our onshore and offshore CRMs across all business lines. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design the user journey.

This role requires close collaboration with the stakeholders from the Institutional Equity Sales and Client Strategy business lines, as well as IT colleagues in HK, China and India.
    Key Areas of Responsibility (KRA’s)

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify pain points and user behaviours
• Apply best practice principles to storyboards, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce feasible designs
• Keen team player with a focus on collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
• Establish design guidelines, frameworks and standardise artefacts for future adoption by other applications

  Requirements Mandatory

• Technical bachelor degree or above or in related field
• 5+ years of working experience in web and mobile app designs
• Comprehensive portfolio of work
• Experience in Figma
• Experience working in Agile

• Knowledge of the Equities Sales business
• Experience working in financial institution
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin
